Hello!
  I'm Ana.

Sachi Living is my mission project. Born from the fusion of my career in designing medical spaces and my personal recovery journey from burnout and anxiety.

For a significant time of my life, I dedicated it to climbing the corporate ladder, characterized by long hours and an unwavering commitment to numerous demanding projects. However, my relentless pursuit of success took a toll on my well-being, manifesting as severe anxiety, panic attacks, depression, and various physical health issues. It was during this challenging time that I came to the stark realization that I had developed a toxic relationship with myself.

Thankfully, this awareness prompted me to seek change and embark on a path to recovery. I sought professional guidance, connected with support groups, and delved into various scientific and philosophical perspectives on well-being. Yet, the most profound transformation occurred when I decided to put into practice what I knew best – designing healing environments.

Drawing on the same principles that guided my designs for healthcare facilities and incorporating the wealth of knowledge I gained on well-being, I optimized my home and surroundings to support my mental health. The results were nothing short of transformative. I was able to create an environment that encouraged intentional living quickly shifting my mood and outlook positively. Along with it my values and self-confidence strengthened, and my physical health issues gradually diminished.

In a simple yet profoundly significant moment, I found myself singing and smiling while walking down the street a stark contrast to the girl who could barely muster a smile to herself in the mirror just months prior.

This approach is what I now call Sachi. A method for improving well-being through intentional environmental changes. While rooted in interior design, this program goes beyond aesthetics but focuses on how your space makes you feel. Ultimately, how we feel is what truly matters, it influences our ability to pursue our goals and live as our happiest, healthiest selves.
